My comment automation did not trigger

Check these.

1. Is it on? On the Automations page, the card should say Active, not Paused.

   

2. Does the comment match? With exact match, the comment must be only the keyword. “Email please” will not match “EMAIL”. Capital letters do not matter.

3. Is Instagram connected through one-click connections? Check Channels.

4. Is it a comment on your own post or reel? Automations act on comments on your connected account.

5. Have you reached your automation limit? See How many automations can I have?.

Comments by your own account do not trigger it, so test from a different account.
