How your data and your customers' data is handled

What is stored

Your settings and knowledge, your customers’ messages, the contact details they share, and your bookings. It is stored so you can see conversations and so the AI can remember what a person said earlier.

Who sees it

Only members of your workspace. Each workspace is kept separate from every other workspace.

AI processing

To write a reply, the text of the conversation is sent to the AI provider that powers the replies. It is used to answer that message.

Your controls

• Export your leads from the Leads page with Export CSV. For a full copy of your data, email hello@usetta.com.
• Delete a customer’s data, or your whole workspace. See Cancel your plan or delete your workspace.
• Opt-outs are respected: a customer who says STOP is not messaged again.
