If you run Meta ads that open a chat, Usetta records which ad each person came from.

Which ads work

• Click-to-WhatsApp ads,
• Instagram and Messenger ads that start a conversation, and
• comments under an ad.

Where you see it

• The Leads page shows a From ad tag on those people.
• The Journey in a chat says Came from a Meta ad or Commented on a Meta ad, with the ad’s headline.
• Analytics shows where your leads come from.

Replying to ad leads automatically

If your channel is in approval mode, you can still let the AI answer people who came from an ad on its own. See Autopilot or approval mode?.

Note: Usetta records which ad a conversation came from. It does not show ad spend, so it cannot yet show the cost of each lead.
