Usetta is an AI agent that answers the people who message your business. It replies on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger and your website chat, at any hour, using the information you give it about your business.
What it does for you
- Answers questions from your own knowledge: what you offer, prices you choose to share, opening hours, your listings or products.
- Qualifies people. It asks the questions you would ask, and tracks where every person stands: cold, engaged, objecting, hot, booked or closed.
- Books appointments and viewings into your calendar.
- Follows your rules. You decide the tone, what it must never say, and when it hands the chat to a person.
- Turns comments into conversations. Someone comments a keyword on your Instagram post and Usetta replies publicly and sends them a private message.
You stay in control
Every channel runs in one of two modes. In autopilot the AI sends its replies by itself. In approval mode it writes a draft and you approve it first. You can take over any chat yourself at any time. Autopilot or approval mode? explains the choice.
