Connect Instagram

You need an Instagram professional account (Business or Creator).

1. Open Channels and find One-click connections. Next to Instagram, press Connect.

   

2. Sign in and allow access in the window that opens.

3. Back in Usetta, the channel shows Connected, with your account name. The Draft switch shows it starts in approval mode.

   

Once connected, Usetta answers messages sent to your Instagram inbox, and your comment automations start working.

Good to know

• New connections start in approval mode: the AI writes drafts and you approve them.
• Instagram only lets a business reply for a limited time after the customer’s last message (24 hours). Usetta follows that rule, so it does not send follow-up nudges on Instagram.
• If a friend or family member messages you, stop the AI replying to that person with the Don’t reply button. See Taking over a chat.
